Over the next 7 years, 62% of women in the workforce in GCC countries will be aspiring for a management role - with half aiming for a senior or board-level position. And 53% of men in the GCC believe women in senior leadership positions is key to organizational effectiveness.

While there are many leadership programs available - primarily from the United States - they are designed and developed for a Western work culture. Much of the solutions are not applicable to women in general, especially for women from the East.

We are therefore pleased to announce that in April 2016 we are bringing the Language of Leadership for Women programme to Abu Dhabi for the first time.
